Dont Worry i will be trying other theories, people telling me to try castor oil but could not be asked with the diarroeah etc and baby still not come out, LOL!!!

Sounds like it could be labour. The back pain may be associated with "back labor" (ie, the baby is face down instead of face up). Get down on your hands and knees, and if this relieves the pain and pressure, you're in back labor.

wow! you sound like me LOL. I am 38 wks pregnant. I have the same exact problems. Due in 16 days..... bleh! My baby isnt moving a bunch tho. That usually isnt the case. At the end the baby usually stops moving as much due to him/her "locking into place" and geez , theres no room! My baby was a kicker, puncher, grabber, he loves hurting me in my belly. But movement has decreased A LOT. He still rolls around though but I understand him, he says mommy theres just no more room LOL. The pressure sucks right. I feel so much right now also. Like if I sneeze he is gonna blow right out LOL. The tightness is prob braxton hicks. Try timing them.... if u cant time them or they go away when u relax or lay down they are not real contractions. Just reving ur bod up. I get them whenever i walk ANYWHERE. And the loose stools today is the first day I had that. I havent pooped this much since i was 1 weeks pregnant! LOL! But hey maybe its a start,,,, they say once that happens baby comes a day or 2 after !

Your baby is growing and gain wt fast now causing the uterus to stretch a lot( the pain tight feeling), last trimester average fetal wt gain is 1/2 lb/wk. You're close enough to deliver whenever he's ready w/o a problem. Relax by shifting into low gear, enjoy some nice autumn walks and put the finishing touches in the nursery, check your bags, catch up on grocery shopping, visit friends and enjoy. Shop the bargains for any last minute items either of you need. It's a beautiful season to have an infant.

It sounds to me like you are in the begining stages of labor= )
I don't understand why your worried, 38 wks is a good time to be going in to labor.Especially it being your 2nd You acould be experiecing back labor, I had that with my 2nd. I never had a front contraction. Is the back pain constant? Just relax, call your obgyn and tell them your symptoms!
Best of luck for a speedy healthy delivery!!!!

amazing each pregnancy is different and each birth unique sounds like back labor are you sure your baby is head down?if you have an acupuncturist its helpful also the baby could be on its own time frame if you didn't deliver under the harvest moon you have a very strong willed child indeed enjoy your pregnancy

Hmm, I hope you had your baby by now. But if not, it is imminent. Sounds like labor to me. When in doubt call a doctor. I wouldn't do anything unless the dr said so. Hang in there, it is almost over.

sounds like your baby is coming soon... a lot of the time, you can start to feel "flu like" symptoms right before you go into labor
