Can you discharge cervical muscus if your on the pill?

I know when your on the pill you dont release and egg but can you still produce cervical mucus??? and when you get cervical mucus will you get your period soon after that..

I am a week and 1/2 late, I'm on the pill and i tested negative on the pregnancy test, but i had cervical fluid today about the size of a bouncy ball?? please help

Yes, your cervix and vagina still create discharge and mucus. But being on the pill will make them much thicker.

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
