I don't care what the item is what is the majority of the items you purchase: Brand Name or Generic?
Okay twist to the question - If you do purchase the Brand Names do you purchase them @ like the Dollar Stores?

Geneally, brand name on most things. For example, I am devoted to my Colgate toothpaste and have never found another brand that I like as much.
As for Dollar Stores, ugh! I hardly ever step in one.

There r just some things I have GOT to buy name brand! I have to have campbells soup, I have to have Oscar Meyer Bologna and hotdogs, and I have to have Pepsi or Dr. Pepper! i can buy generic vegies and bread and so on but those things I just cannot even stomach if they r not name brand!

depends on what it is...some generic is just like the name brand. I'm all about saving money, though!

I prefer mostly generic, but not "dollar-store" electrical things (plugs, cords, etc)

brand name clothes and shoes but generic medicines....
