I saw it in blockbuster a while ago. the girl on the cover i think had a under the lip piercing. anywho its about these girls and one of them had been gangraped by 10 kids and then committed murder. idk what its about but anyone know what i mean??? please help thanks

The girl on the cover has her tongue pierced. There is a pic of the poster/cover for the film posted at the link. Your description of the film is not really what Thirteen is about, but its not that far off though either.
