Scott Simons. Almost better, if not better, than the original. And waaaaaaaaay better than Mandy's or the Plain White T's.

Gerard from My Chemical Romance does a pretty killer version. You can check it out on YouTube, just type "My Chemical Romance" and "Umbrella". I'm sure you'll be able to find it.
