wheni present a powerpoint of a topic, i often find myself moving my hands alot, its an excessive problem. is there anyhtigni can do to to make my presentations more effective with less ahnd motion

Use a laser pointer if need be but avoid hand movement in presentations as it will take away from your presentation in general it can be distracting.

Why are you moving your hands in the first place? Check the options under Custom Slide Animation.
