would you?....how should the decisions be made for who is allowed to live on it and who should not?...should it be governed as a sister planet or and entirely different system?...should it allow different cultures from other countries or only certain countries?....i think this is kind of neat and apparently our scientists are checking the possibility of another earth-like planet (not that i think it would ever happen in our lifetime)....what do you think about these questions and their possibilites?

if one were found by society en masse, oil and other biz interests would seize control; various nations would be competing for its resources.

Ideally, somewhere between 10K and 1M of us could just sneak over, where we could run a concensus-governed society incorporating the best practices of various cultures, yet valuing and respecting the cultural distinctions we bring with us. We would begin anew with an ecology-minded viewpoint, not one of a control-minded bureaucrat, but as an educated, responsible custodian of a world we intend to hand down to untold generations who colud live inb peace and prosperity.

We would keep alive the stories of what we did to Earth as a cautionary tale, and encourage them to continue a harmonious relationship with our new world.
