The longest unambiguously documented lifespan is that of Jeanne Calment of France (1875–1997), who was aged 122 years
Currently (since the death of Yone Minagawa on 13 August 2007), the oldest living person is 114-year-old Edna Parker of the U.S., born on 20 April 1893. [1] Parker, Maria de Jesus and Bertha Fry are the only validated people born in 1893 who are still alive.

My great-grandmother, well, she's not the oldest one out there but she's one of them. She is 104, and is about to be 105. Her secret is she ate her "vitamins" every day, and she still does. But guess what her vitamins are? They're Hershey Kisses! I laughed so hard when she finally told my mother. I have to admit, for a family secret, she's got a very good one.

I dont know but I knew an old man who was 103 and he still did everything, he had his own house. I used to see him walking to the store passing by my house, I asked him how he got so old one day and he said it was all in the water. he said dont drink city water make sure it is purified. I thought that strange,.I guess he purified his own back before it was sold in stores. also my old old uncle is in his 80's and has been living with prostate cancer for 15 years still is very active and healthy never has pain either and he said it is because he eats a lot of green vegies.

The oldest living man just celebrated his 122nd birthday a week or two ago. I think his secret to longevity was being Asian. I'm not sure why but it seems to help.

The eldest person recently died at age 126. I don't know who has taken her place. I just wonder why a person would want to live that long.

I forget his name, but he lived in Italy and he says that the key to living so long was drinking a glass of red wine everyday. It's true. Don't believe me? Look it up.
