Hello
So my friend and myself are starting our clothing line. We are going to be releasing tee shirts first then our long term goals are to go into cut and sew pieces of clothing. We have the designs done for the tee shirts already. We are just waiting and trying to save money for capital. I was also wondering if there is grants or any type of free money out there to start a clothing line. I also want any type of advice on starting a clothing line. Like what should I expect? What shouldn't I do? What is the best way to get accounts in stores? any advice about starting your business. We have a myspace for now to build up hype and we have been getting great feedback. I hope you guys can help me.
Thank you
-George

haha your going to the wrong place... I see your into fashion. ( gives you limp wrist and swift kick in the nuts)

super future name?

Im not really into brands that have alot of branding on them though, hypebeast knows more about this stuff ( post it there instead )

If you will learn one thing from yahoo answers, is no one here knows fashion, there a bunch of 12 year olds who fall into mall cliques.

Good luck man, leave an update in info of your sufu or hypebeast name please

tshirts will not sell you into a business - you need something UNIQUE and trendsetting...something DIFFERENT. tshirts have been done to death.
