My dentist is pretty trustworthy within a few minutes (10 at the most) but my Dr is continuously running late by at least 45 minutes. They schedule people to see him in 10 minute increments knowing it is going to take at least 15 minutes with each patient... makes as much sense as a football bat.

Hmmm... I wonder if we could send them a bill for the time we lost sitting in their waiting room? Would be nice.

Well, yes, but what do you think makes them late and keeps them behind schedule all day? There are always late patients, and there are always patients who won't stop talking. And of course there are also unexpected medical matters that arise. They can't skip out early one on patient just because the last one went over on time.

Never and it pisses me off because if I am 10 minutes late they cancel my appointment even though the doctor won't be in to see me for another 20.

I'm punctual to a fault, my primary care physician is pretty good. The dentist though, always 45 minutes behind...

My time is also valuable. So I charged them for my lost time. Didn't work. I needed them more than they needed me.

When is the last time you saw a poor doctor? They already have more business than they can handle, so they don't care if I don't like it.

Yep, you're right.
I've noticed that it is seldom the patient or customer comes first or is a priority.
