I had a friend years ago who weighed only 90 lbs at 40 yrs old and couldn't gain weight to save her soul. The dr told her to drink a slim fast with lunch and dinner. Sounds goofy, but you're essentially eating two meals at once. Plus, your'e still getting all your vitamins and minerals. Be very careful though. I would see a doctor before changing things up too much.

Yes. Lose fat and gain muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space.

So if you gain muscle mass, it's actually possible to weigh more but be thinner.

So eat a low fat diet and try working out with free weights.

Skippy is working on invention called a "fat transplant". Skippy say right now millions of women are having plastic surgeons suck their fat out with liposuction. Skippy say right now they just throw that fat away. With the new Skipposuction procedure, that tube can now be attached to a person like yourself who wants to be fat and that fat will be transferred from one body to another.
Nobody better take skippys idea.
Skippy a genius.
