I connect to the net from my room in halls at uni. In order to get online I need to hook up my personal PC LAN cable and access the VPN. Will the admin be able to see where I've been on the net on his pc?

If they want, yes. They can log every IP/domain/url you hit, which they probably do. They will likely never look at it unless you do something that gives them reason to investigate you.

you would be supprised at what the admins can see these days.chances are that if you ar not supose to be accessing it and he/she finds you on it they will lock you out(the mac address of the pc)to be sure that will never happen again..
