I put in Xpress 200 graphics card. Downloaded drivers from site. Still doesn't work, help.?

The Xpress 200 was taken out of another computer that had it installed from the factory, so we have no CD with the software. I am not computer savvy, so I don't know what to do to get it to work.

Do you mean to say you took out the motherboard with Xpress 200 chipset then installed it in another computer? Because Xpress 200 is a single chip containing the Northbridge, Southbridge and the graphics processor. It is HARD WIRED to the motherboard.
Try reinstalling the driver with all startups disabled in msconfig (Run msconfig). Be sure the one you downloaded is compatible with your OS and it is not the driver of the mobile version.
