On a track- 200mph+ in a race car on a track day and I was driving.
On road in USA 168mph, in a Testarossa in 1998.
On road in this country 170mph+ not saying where, but it was recent.
On a dirt track through a forest @ an average of 77.4mph in RS200, maxing at 137mph.

You say, "Planes and trains dont count. You have to in control yourself." Which is it? I have been in control at Mach 1.7.
I topped out at about 130 MPH give or take in an off road race.
On the nations highways less than 160 MPH. I don't like to go too fast on the freeways. Too many chances of getting tangled up with a car. Oh yeah, any time I do any significant speeding I do it on a motorcycle. Safer than a car if you ask me.

147 MPH in a very modified '67 SS/RS Camaro on Interstate 10, near Pensacola, Florida about 35 years ago....
Our feet were tingling from the vibration of the floorboard.
The 68 Shelby that was following us wasn't so lucky...his engine grenaded trying to keep up.

Just over a ton in a Nissan Bluebird Turbo. Then i almost beat it by driving a (brand new at the time) 300ZX at 90 in 2nd gear.... i was young and daft at the time, wouldn't think about it these days.

-90 mph in my truck( Im assuming , since the speedo was pegged and it ends at 85mph) .
-100 mph on my dads 1988 Arctic cat wildcat 650 snowmobile.
-(so far) 40 mph on my modified lawntractor (im aiming for 60 mph - you should see the looks i get) .
Interestingly enough - i was pulled over by a local sheriff on my lawntractor - because he wanted to know what the blazes i did to it ( no tickets) - and i was only in 3rd gear( has 6).

Fastest I've done is 155mph on an R6 motorbike,in a car its 130mph.

On my Solex just 30kph which is flat out. I try to take every bend at top speed and often scrape the pedals at .roundabouts. Just as much fun as all your zippier over 50cc motors, I even rode it in the house , once around the lounge!
