It is not very difficult to do so, but if you purchase a manual for your vehicle I am sure it will tell you. If I'm right, you should do the water pump, and if you have it the tension bearing (I believe thats what its called).

I dont know if you need any special tools, but you might, so be wary before jumping into it.

The link below shows some information on doing a timing belt on your accord. Just dont lose anything.

It takes me about 6 hours to do a timing belt on my 91 Integra, cause I'm slow for one, and I like to take brakes, and so forth.

Also have a friend with you while you do it, its nice to have another set of hands, and someone to talk to while doing the work.

get the chilton book for the car. It will be a lot easier for you that way. It will take you about 3 hours to do it. While you're there, you Might want to replace teh water pump since they usually go out at about the same time. Just a thought.

Take it to a dealer, they will do it right and it won't cost a lot either. It's better that they do it so you can rely on your car!
