So far I have not had any urinary infections.
I agree its better to wear condom, but we both agree unprotected anal sex gets us closer mentally.
Anyone out there who shares this view and enjoy unprotected anal sex with their wife / husband without infection?
Please help as this is enjoyed immensely as alternative play

She's more at risk than you are. If you're going to have unprotected anal sex. Make sure you don't penetrate her vaginally after anal intercourse unless you have washed and peed. Peeing removes the bacteria that may be in you urethra. Take care. 2D

My wife and I engage in unprotected anal sex fairly regularly (1-2 times per month). Neither of us has ever had an issue. Ignore the idiots above. The guys who tell you that you're wrong have never had a girl in the butt. The girls who tell you that you're wrong haven't been done in the butt correctly.

I think she is more at risk for infections that you are as she is the one whose tissue is tearing. Anal sex is not good for women and can lead to tears in that area that can cause permanent damage.
