There is no difference in the "abilities" of precum, and *** . They'll both get you pregnant. They are the same substance. My question is how did the sperm get on the outside tip of the condom? Was the rubber defective? Also, does not matter if you are on period or not.

Yes, there are sperm in precum...and yes, it's possible to get pregnant on your period (although the odds are lower than other times of the month).
Perhaps you should consider a hormonal form of birth control in addition to condoms.
