Definitely. I'm 100% sure that 2+2 equals 4 and that I love my wife and son.
UPDATE: I'm also able to think. I think, therefore I am. Anything else could be an illusion of existence. Regardless, I love my wife and son, even if they're just a part of "the matrix." And 2+2 = 4... always.

There are a couple things I am 100% sure on... #1 is that I will poop sometime before I die. #2 is that Stupid (a woman I work with) will never be on time and will never be caught up. #3 is that I will die. #4 is that I have a big boogie in my nose right now and need to blow my nose.

there isn't a lot of things but when people are taking tests and they really know the answers for questions - then I think they can be 100 % sure

only an arrogant person who believes in predictability would think that throwing a paper clip in the air that it would 100% fall back down. thats someone who doesnt believe in the power of randomness, example: the paper clip is hit by a strong draft of wind, dust particles and a sheet of metal particles latch onto the paper clip and a huge magnet grabs the paper clip and after time, the magnet and paper clip fuse together
