A car like that is difficult to price. I would geuss somewhere in the neighborhood of 7500 if the car is in as good of shape as you say it is. The rarity of a car like that makes it a challenge to sell though, as not many of those are still around in good shape.

As others have said, a car that old in that condition/mileage is going to be pretty rare. It could potentially be worth a fair amount more than the KBB or NADA guides say, but you have to find the right person to get it.
You need to do some research online to find the dedicated Fiero fans that are out there. There is always someone willing to pay a high price for something special.
BTW, ignore what everyone says about them being scary or fire hazards. (Granted they can be driven scary fast if built right!) They are just mindlessly repeating what they have heard other people say. 90%+ have never driven one. But if you've still got an 88 with only 20K on it, you probably already knew that! :)
Check out some of the pages/groups listed below. Read up, ask some questions, and when you've got a good idea of what you MIGHT be able to get for it, start publishing it. If you want the best dollar you'll have to be willing to be patient.

Good luck getting anything for these cars. They were scary to drive above 60mph, cramped and continually having problems. If it the six cylinder you may get something. GM had a recall on these cars due to the fact that if you weren't diligent about keeping the engine leak free, you may encounter a "thermal incident".

In all honesty, the car isnt worth that much. you would have to find a collector that is willing to pay for it. book value is around 1200-1500.
