Nope, you need to convert them to improper fractions first:

PROBLEM #1:
2 1/4 x 3 1/4

Convert to improper fractions:
9/4 x 13/4

Multiply numerators across, do the same for denominators
= 117/16

Convert back to mixed fraction
= 7 5/16


PROBLEM #2:
1 1/2 x 1 2/3

Convert to improper fractions:
3/2 x 5/3

Multiply numerators across, do the same for denominators
= 15/6

Reduce
= 5/2

Convert back to mixed fraction
= 2 1/2


PROBLEM #3:
1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 1 1/2

Convert to improper fractions:
3/2 x 3/2 x 3/2
Multiply numerators across, do the same for denominators
27/8

Convert back to mixed fraction
= 3 3/8

(1 + 1/2)*(1 + 2/3) = 5/2 = 2 1/2

No, they're wrong. You still don't know how to multiply (or write, it seems) mixed numbers. Look at the answers to your last question.
