Skin tone is a key consideration. You want colors that match your skin tone. Here's how to determine yours:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
Warm tones look best in navy blue, olive green & brick reds.
Cool tones look best in cobalt/sapphire blue, kelly green, blueish reds.

If you mean makeup, I have similar colors, so here are some of my favorite suggestions, and btw, I like my makeup natural so this is all pretty but light- if you prefer noticeable makeup I would do the same thing but blend it darker:
EYES-
~Darkest black mascara, because blue eyes are beautiful and black really makes them stand out (I like Wet n Wild Waterproof mascara for more natural and Curling mascara for more noticeable)
~white eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes- it makes you look really awake.
SKIN-
~wear a foundation that's slightly lighter than your skin tone- I've found that it looks less cakey and blends better
~use blush only a couple of shades darker than your skin tone and apply across your cheekbones
LIPS-
~I'm really into the light lips look because it contrasts intense eyes, so I buy tinted lip gloss like Clinique Limited Budding Bronze, but I also love slightly red lips, but to make it less harsh I wear clear gloss underneath (Gap Juicy Bites and Clinique Black Honey lipstick)
As for clothes, I love cerulean blue because it brings out my eyes and my tan and I also love plum for the same reasons. Good luck, and sorry about not being specific- I didn't really know what you were asking.

Jewel tones would look wonderful on you. Deep, rich colors, solids, or very simple prints. I'd stay away from yellow unless it was closer to orange in color. A friend of mine with coloring like yours can't wear pale yellow because it makes her hair look green. Good Luck & Blessings

If your thinking of eyes, Almay do eye trio colours specific for each eye colour, may be worth a look even if you dont buy, just to see what they have to say!
