It exercises my mouth, if anything.
As far as exercising the brain, I'm not so sure. Using chopsticks is just simple muscle memory.

Yes if ur trying to use the the chopsticks this is how it works it works like just say ur first time using and ur trying to figure how to get it onto ur hands and not fall off, this is where the brain question comes in, the reason being cos it helps excercise ur brain ur trying to get it steady so ur brain is active and ur thinking andf thinking of how it works that why YES IT DOES EXCERCISE UR BRAIN

I think it does because it requires you should have good hand to eye coordination or you will be wearing your dinner instead of consuming it internally as you should.
