Just started happening.

When I park and turn off my car the tail/brake lights stay on. I have to remove the fuse to turn them off.

What is it?

P.S. No dashboard lights indicating a problem.

If it just the rear lamps staying on and not the front side lamps then the problem must be brake lamp related, because the front side lamps will be on with the rear tail lamps.
Normally the brake lamps should not operate without the ignition on, however on certain make of cars they do.
If it is a type of car that the brake lamps work without the ignition then the problem is almost certainly the brake lamp switch.
If the brake lamps should not work without the ignition then you have a more serious fault such as an electrical short. The only answer to this is to take it to an auto electrician and get it checked out.
There is a possibility that someone has fitted some accessory like an alarm and this could be causing the problem.
The other possibility is it could be your rear fog lamps staying on, in which case it may be a relay problem.
