Truth be told I have thought that a lot especially with everything that is going on recently. Now there will probably be some people who are bi-polar, schizophrenic, split personality types and then there are straight up psychopaths and sociopaths. Now with certain people I feel bad for them as they do things to others that they truly do regret doing but they can't help themselves such as the bi-polar, schizophrenics, and split personality types and even some psychopaths just can't help themselves. However the sociopaths are a different problem altogether as they simply don't care one way or the other what misery and pain that cause on others as they are sort of egotistical in their me first approach to dealing with others and they do what they feel like doing without any regards at all towards anybody else.

Considering the population of the United States alone there is 1 in 20 who have a form of mental illness it would not be surprising that a few of us here suffer from a mental illnes from clinical depression , a bipolar disorder , schizophrenia , and other mental illnesses. That is why we should be emphatic on how to deal with each other because we all have weaknesses and need a loving, caring approach to cope today. When you hear all the tragic news around us and the things happening in our environment and there are some who have the misfortune of being born with this genetic tragedy then it should teach us to be grateful and humble enough to realize how lucky we are who do not suffer from a mental illness. I myself can testify to this because I must manufacture serotonin through medication because I was born chemically depressed and we should not treat these people as pariahs on society but treat them like everyone else . The last thing that people like us want too be is sticking out like a sore thumb but desire to be a regular thumb on a well working hand.

No, I don't feel that way at all! We all have different things going on in our lives......Its never easy to stay on one even keel all the time. Sometimes things can get pretty bad, we need to just be there and help or comfort if possible. Believe it or not it actually helps. If someone could just understand what other people go through, and help enough to sympathize with them. A good shoulder and a listening ear even virtual is never a bad thing.
