I love this type of pizza frozen or from a restaurant. I'd like to make my own. I've seen a ton of recipes online, just would like opinions on what are good cheese blends, and how to keep it flavorful.
Thanks!!

I'd like to try one with grated mozzarella, sliced fresh mozzarella (the kind in water), Spanish Manchego, and some pepper jack or La Couronne black pepper Brie,
or throw on some Gorgonzola. Grate some smoked Gouda on it!!! Or try smoked Mozzarella.

NO Velveeta, American, Cheddar or Longhorn Colby, in my opinion.
NO Havarti, Cheez Whiz, or Limburger.

These would be good: Muenster, Swiss, Provolone, Queso Blanco, Camembert, goat cheese with peppercorns,
feta.
