Contact the owner of the house. Keep calling police on those people. Write the complain letter. Have it sign by all the neighbours and forward it to the home owner

You would have to contact the people who are renting them the house. They would have to violate their lease agreement somehow. The thing is, the landlord probably won't kick them out, if they are paying their rent on time, simply because they would lose money that way.

As far as the house that was broken into, you would need proof that one of them did it.

What you could do is if they are loud, file a complaint to the police. Call them and have them turn down the stereo or whatever. If you complain enough, then something will have to be done. Also, it can't be just you calling to complain, the whole neighborhood will have to do so too, but they have to be legit complaints. If you are calling the police because their grass isn't mowed, then that is nothing but a waste of the police's time. Also, complain to the landlord, but again, they might not do anything if the rent is getting paid, but if they start having to pay fines, then that might change their minds.

Rustle up a mob and go there at night with torches & pitch forks then start braking down the front door......ummm, maybe we live in a free country, live & let live ???? Has anyone spoken to this accused unwelcome family yet ? Maybe the neigherhood can get together as a group and purchase the house and sell it to good proper family!!!

The best way, just tell a fib and tell them you sold the house and need them out because you promised some things needed fixing and you need them to find another house. Tell them I hate to lose you but I need my home sold because we need the money. Just a white lie if they find out and ask you about it tell them . Oh, dear the deal fell through and I have rented to a new couple , sorry.

You can't get them kicked out of the neighborhood. Theft should be reported and any complaints you have about noise, mess, etc. should be made to the landlord.

just because they rent, is no reason to be judgemental about them.
--"all fingers point to them"?...what about the FACTS...do you not remember that you live in America and EVERBODY is innocent until YOU can prove them quilty!

Any Advice (you ask)...yes..MYOB! and do not accuse people unless you have facts (not gossip)!

good luck :)
