I am doing a debate in class. We are debating whether in our society today, if job are good or bad. I'm debating that jobs are good.

Jobs are good for the guy who wants stability & just get by, likes routine. If lucky he/she will climb the ladder to financial victory. The more outgoing individual will not carry a job but open their own company or provide a service of their own. I debate to make more money you must go in head 1st all for yourself. However this takes a drive some people just do not have. You cannot say if a job today is good or bad. This depends on the person. There are college graduates working at wal-mart. There are people w/out a High School Diploma making more than doctors. With the millions of various people in our nation we are not in a position to say whether jobs are good or bad. Everyone makes their own life.

socialization with other people. responsibility. learning the value of a dollar you earned yourself. pride in your accomplishments. financial independence.
