The definition of antique varies from source to source, product to product and year to year. But, some time-tested definitions of antique deserve consideration: An item which is at least 100 years old and is collected or desirable due to rarity, condition, utility, or some other unique feature. Motor vehicles, tools and other items subject to vigorous use in contrast, may be considered antiques in the U.S. if older than 25 years, and some electronic gadgets of more recent vintage may be considered antiques.

Like the past post said, it depends on the item. I think cars become antiques at 25, but I wouldn't consider a lazy boy chair from 1977 an antique.

It depends on the article. Cars are considered antique much quicker than, say, a piece of furniture.

properly... i do no longer be responsive to approximately Canada... right here in the U. S., that is like 18, i think of. that is extremely like the criminal age to purchase a rifle. 21 for a pistol...that is approximately all i be responsive to, sorry i could no longer help extra!
