By who's standards or what standards for that matter.
I think that Google is pretty high up there on the ratings.
Personally I like every website I have ever made as well.
I will not post any links on this thread but I think that a website called the best should always be 100% compliant with the Strict international standards as published by the W3C to even be in the running.
