3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

What worked for me was eliminating caffeine from diet. I also started taking garlic capsules 500 mg twice a day with food. I wasn't getting adequate rest either. I stopped working 70 hours a week. Get 8 hours of sleep per night.
I started garlique at first, very expensive, then I went to discount store brand, and took 1000 mg 2x/day. Maybe overkill but I've never heard anyone say anything bad about the health effects of garlic.
The above is very inexpensive. Give it a try
Good luck

I, too, had drug-resistant hypertension for many years. During my pregnancy, my blood pressure was normal. My doctors were baffled. I read somewhere that a magnesium deficiency can lead to hypertension. I tried a 500 mg supplement. Last time I was checked, my blood pressure was not quite normal, but lower than it has been in four years. I believe the high dose prenatal supplements were the cause of my normalized blood pressure.

Go to the nearest drug store walmart, Brooks etc look for spring valley 1000 mg garlic gel supplements (don't take the solid white garlic its hard on the stomach) The gels the best.
Take as directed I believe its 2-4 a day to start.
You have to keep your eye on your bp, because I find it takes a few days and then you should cut back. This is how fast the garlic works. I personally take it and I had to cut back because my bp was to low. I think once you start taking the garlic you really won't have to take anything else. You should watch your salt in take.
Good luck.

Pretty much anywhere... just make sure the company has a good quality rating that they can back up (typically with a good rating with either the GMP or USP).
You can look for several products that are good for healthy blood pressure like Hawthorn Berry, Fish Oil, Bonito Peptides, L-Arginine, C12 Peptides, Garlic, and Coleus Forskohlii.

Garlic, fish oil, hawthorn, coleus, coenzyme Q10, cayenne pepper, Indian gooseberry, ginger, gingko, apple cider vinegar and stacks of others that you can find in a web search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies".
A lower salt intake and lots of exercise also helps.

Deep breathing. Just relax a bit. It may be genetics causing your HBP but it also may be your lifestyle. If you just take like five minutes to yourself and just sit and focus on breathing and clear your mind a couple times a day. It sounds kinda silly but it always calms me down.

It may need change of the life style. Healthy diet, regular routine, Yoga, Pranayam etc. may help borderline hypertension.
They may supplement the medication.
Good luck!
