The township wants us to get rid of grandmothers trailer now that they realized she died four years ago. I use the trailer as a computer room and TV room to watch the games, wrestling, or boxing matches on. They claim it is illegal to have an un-occuppied trailer in the township. Yet the laws states no trailer can be in the township occuppied or unoccuppied with out a permit: which I have.

Sounds like you are reading only half of the law, the part about the permit.

If you want to live in a society, you abide by the laws that society establishes through its elected government. If the rules of that society don't suit you, you can work to change the rules or you can pick a new place to call home.

Or you can just put your bed in the trailer, call it occupied and continue to enjoy your sports programs without government intervention.
