Generally, the only things that will turn your poop green is if you consume anything with blue food coloring in it (I had an incident a few years ago where my college roommates and I drank several blue drinks called "adios muthafuckas" and we pooped green for days). It is also possible if you drink a lot of wheat grass (but who else other than nutty old me does that, lol?).
I am reasonably sure that there is no correlation between green feces and a full or partial hysterectomy. It's black feces that you would need to be concerned about. Keep an eye on your diet and see what happens in two days.

A green bowel movement can have to do with what you ate ofcourse or vitamins you have taken as a supplement. But it can also just be that it moved through your digestive track to fast to and if food travels through your digestive track to fast bile does not have time to change colors. The only time I would really worry is if you have severe diarrhea for more than few days…

If you just had it done it could be the anesthetic. But I wouldn't worry about it.
