All depends on where the concert is at. Each venue has different methods for numbering its sections. Go to the the venue's website (or the site where you got the tickets) and look at the seating chart to see where your seats are located.

you should go back to where you bought your tickets. they should have a seating chart for the venue and it'll show the rows, sections, etc.
