If you want to help her, tell her not to take them.
They just boost your blood pressure so you burn off stuff faster. However, that puts you in serious risk for heart problems. She's just go have to get it off by diet and exercise. Sorry.

most diet pills don't work.

Hoodia is really good but there are so many fakes out there i wouldn't trust any one them.

i've tried so many different pills, so that when I decided to start using pills as part of my "lifestyle change" i looked for diet solutions that

a) had medically backed research
b) is their a money back garauntee?
c) does it come with a nutrition guide
d) any more free stuff? -because thats always good!!

diet pills can be very helpful, but you have to find the right one. this website http://www.britneynelson.com/weight-loss-pills-reviewed.html looks at the different diet and breaks each one down.

its really helpful, i think

i hope i was helpful!

None.

ONLY working out and eating healthy will help in losing weight.

NO MORE soda.

Drink LOTS of water.

And start taking walks.

Don't throw your money away on pills that won't work.

Tell her to go to a nutritionist and fitness instructor.
