Have you fully performed a needs assessment for an ambulance service in San Antonio, Southside or otherwise. Though San Antonio is a large city, emergency ambulance services are managed, for the most part, by the fire department. For other transportation needs there are already 35 ambulance services in San Antonio and 15 of those are from downtown south. The greatest number being around the medical center area.. As ambulance service start up cost are quite high, make sure you have evaluated the need for additional services, before you invest your money. Though I applaud anyone who invest on our Southside.
