Is Young really the fastest? I knew he was fast for a QB but thought he ran like a 4.58 - 40. DJ Shockly (injured falcons qb) ran the 40 a little faster from what I remember. So, to answer the question, I'd say Vince Young is probably the 2nd fastest

I'd have to say Tavaris Jackson of MN. He, once he collects some experience, will be the next best thing to Vick. (Young will then, of course, drop to second)

haha i don't think it matters because none of them will be able to compare to Vince. But I saw the 49's QB move his legs pretty fast the other day. But still i have to go with McNabb's old self.

I say the old man--Brett Favre--is playing one hell of a game--maybe even better than Vince Young. The old rule in Green Bay is that if you can get Brett to have fun out on the field, the Packers WILL win the game.

The wheels on Ladanian Tomlinson are amazing - and he has a perfect career passer rating! JK - Gerrard looks quick and so does Derek Anderson when he takes off. I think the fastest is Garcia though.
