My first guess, without even seeing the picture, was a burnisher for gold-leaf in calligraphy illumination (by definition "illumination" is with gold, silver or similar). Yep, that's them!

Yes, they are burnishers - either for putting gold leaf on illuminated pages, or on pictures frames etc. It's hard to tell the scale. Oh, how luck you are, I make do with the back of a spoon when burnishing! New ones are very expensive.

Can you tell us a little more about these tools?
Like are they hollow or sharp?
Do they have any texts or markings?

They remind me of Batik wax tools, but I am almost sure they are not that.
Those tools are hollow and have small opening to let the wax out on the fabric.
