It drives me absolutely insane.
Most of the avatars I use (other than the one on Yahoo) are something I've drawn and taken time to make. I copyright each one.
When people use my avatars without telling me I usually ask them nicely to change it.

I had that happen before, I kinda felt sorry for her cause she always seemed to get allot of thumbs downs ... so I just erased it from my pictures...
