Prices of most things do not vary much in 6 weeks, so using current prices would work, but gas is an exception these days. You can get August 7 gas prices for many cities at

grab a some store ads for some of this stuff. Other just leave blank or guess. Or you can always search the internet. Prices vary by city.
For example a gallon of gas in Houston right now is $2.53. A gallon of milk I can get for $3.50. You may pay more or less wherever you are.
