Will my testible always be tender to the touch? Will I always have a constant pain in my lower abdomen? I researched a little bit and it said that some people have to take anti-inflammatory mediciation on a daily basis after having this bacteria. It sucks bad when I am having sex and a girl wants to suck on my balls and I have to tell her no because its too tender, WHAT SHOULD I DO?? Oh yeah and the infection was not caused my clamydia or gonnorrhea (thank god) it was a natural cause.

Most common cause of epididymitis in young men, is gonorrhea.
Rare causes of the same disease are infections of staphylococcus arising from bad or ill treated throat infections, and very rarely, streptococcus.
Pain in the lower abdomen, ONE YEAR after epididymitis, is not due to epidymitis.
A new check up is needed there, starting with culture of semen in gelose agar, looking for bacteria, ultrasound of the painful testicle, and complete urine screening for bacteria, after soft and gentle manipulation of the affected testicle.
The use of antiinflamatory drugs, is not only useless, but it can also mask the real cause of the pain in the lower abdomen /inflammation of the ejaculation seminal vesiclas behind the prostate)-.. on the other hand, antiinflamatory drugs, do not kill bacteriae, if the cause (very unlikely) is an infection...
I doubt very much that the pain you suffer at this time, is due to an infection in the epidydimus, or the whole testicle itself..... remember that epidydimus is only the upper part of the testicle, however the most sensitive to pain, because it is richly supplied by sensitive nerves.....
You need proper evaluation by either your GP or urologist....other opinions will be merely guessings...
The use of a mild elastic suspender helps to ease the discomfort espacially that one provoked by sitting too long in a single position..
