I've been saying this from the beginning, you can bet all the money in the world they had all their credit cards on them and their passports were safely away in a safety deposit box if not in their room but within the hotel complex. The other thing i can't understand and alot of people have been saying it is, when you go back to the room and find one of your children missing wouldn't you automatically scream the place down, instead of leaving the other 2 and going back to the bar to inform everyone...... I don't know if they actually done it, but alot of their actions are in no way """Normal""".

No because they are valuable. Gerry McCann seemed to have lost his daughter and then on a visit to UK he lost his wallet. Hey-Ho Joe Public will fund his losses.
In fact there was never any proof that he actually lost his wallet, because whoever 'stole' it actually sent it back to his OLD address, which wasn't circulated in the press at the time.....Good bit of PR or what?

I did recently actually, I was out having dinner with my son and husband as a family who are more important to my than money and passports.
Wasn't the brightest idea I've had but never mind.

What are you referring to exactly - home security?
I wouldn't leave items together that need to be used together, in a hotel room however, I certainly wouldn't take everything with me each time I left the room.
At home I know exactly who has a key for my property and if it was a concern then a security system could be fitted.
I think it's sad that the whole media thing has everyone looking over their shoulders, we have to have some trust in other members of the human race. What kind of life is a neurotic one? Life involves risk and is what keeps it interesting, it's how you calculate that risk that matters.

That's it......We established this fact 3/4 months ago didn't we ?........So what is your point.......?
I believe "Gerrymander", lost his wallet, sometime during this
period...& was quite upset.. I recall.....?
