Which Japanese inline/straight-4 engine is the best?

Which Japanese inline/straight-4 engine is the best, among Toyota 4A-GE (20 valve), Nissan SR16VE, Mitsubishi 4G92, & Honda B16B?

I like The Nissan but not the SR16ve the SR20 Spec-V is better.
Hondas B16 B i hate to say but its not the most powerful but is very tuneable

Toyotas 4A GE is very buildable and responds nicely to Mods

Mitsu 4G92 will out power the others but has the most trouble when tuning it and adding mods.

Best for what? Horse power, dependability, longevity, drivablity?
