i´m going to dublin the next week, and i need to find any bank that have atm debit card.

You don't need a special bank account to use your cards in Ireland

Most Credit and Debit Cards issued by the various Banks & Building Societies are VISA or MasterCard based .. and these are generally accepted in cash machines all over the world ...

(as the Nigerian scam artists know .. yes, they CAN use a 'clone' created from your UK card details in Lagos and Nairobi ...)
