having a baby? I got a new tattoo last night on my right shoulder blade and OMG that hurt. I have a tat on my leg and one on my arm and those weren't bad but man o man last night.....that was PAINFUL!!

OK OK, I get the hint, LOL....Getting a tat and having a baby is not the same....they are both painful but its 2 different kinds of pain.
I have 4 children, All 4 natural......I had my first 3 with no pains at all and my 4th with an epidural. Really all I am trying to say is that the tat on my arm and leg was nothing compared to the pain of the one on my shoulder blade last night. I wasn't expecting the pain to be so intense because the other 2 tats weren't even close to being as painful. Either way I love the one I got last night, It will heal and all will be good :) thanks all for answering!! P & S still Rocks!!

I would give anything to have been that tattoo artist ! Imagine, being able to touch-------------------------, ooops, I better stop. Sorry about the pain !

I still want to get tattoos on my shoulder blades. But thanks in advance for the warning! I will come armed with Advil and Newports.
I have two kids, and the epidurals wore off right before they crowned, so I can imagine!
Don't you feel like you accomplished something though? Cuz you LIVED and now you have permanent art on your flesh!

Did you know is not... having a baby can bot compare to getting a tattoo is a different pain and definitely more painful have you ever had a baby before if not please don't say that cause i had a baby and i have a tattoo and i know is not the same lol.

i don't know about more pain full then having a baby have you gave birth? i have 3 tats and one hurt more than the rest but more that giving birth to my 9lbs 4 oz son i don't think so

Well I have never had a baby but I know some areas hurt worse than others when getting a tattoo.

I got one in the same place a few years ago. It did hurt like H3ll!!! But I can't say it was worse than childbirth!

Yuppers, I got my tat on my ankle, it is really close to the bone. It hurt for about 3 minutes then went numb..........

Some woman I know said tattoos on both her nipples were so painful that she couldn't wear her bras for three weeks.
