can you honestly say " today was a good day" ?

for me,today was the crappiest day of the year!EVERYTHING went wrong!!

Yes and no. Yes because I am still alive and breathing and everyone that I love is in a safe place and I should be thankful for everything that I have....

No, because on Saturday a guy was in front of me at a red light and pulled in reverse and smashed the front end of my car, while we were in Mississippi and we live in Alabama. Car can be driven back home only to find that the hood of the car is unsafe (can detach and hurt someone=hazardous). I get jumped on by the insurance company of the guy that hit US because SHE didn't make it clear where we needed to leave our car. I was trying to be reasonable, but she started yelling at me. After this I come to find out that I am not yet on my husband's insurance and I can't legally drive the rental car, and I have to go to clinical's tomorrow and I don't have a car to get there and missing clinicals is just like missing 10 classes and my husband has to go to work and there is no car for me to drive. So, what do you think? Was today, seriously, a good day for me? I think not if I want to be pessimistic. I am still angry so the answer is no, but let me go and eat a tub of icecream and I just might change my mind...:)

Yes.

If you look for negative incidents, you are bound to find at least a couple every day. If you are pessimistic you can quickly arrive at a conclusion that you never have a good day.

It is always better to look on th bright side of whatever happens.

Honestly everyday I wake up and see the sunshine is a ggod day. Of course life has it's little trivial moments but it's way too short to be upset by the petty things! :-)

Today was my grandpa's birthday and my family and I are going to celebrate it later, So YES today will be a good day no matter what!!!

Yes. Everday I come home and kiss my kids. Work is just 8hrs that I leave there.
