I've heard of something called "Color Me Beautiful" that determines what clothing colors look best on you depending upon your hair color, skin tone, and eye color. I have naturally light brown/dark blonde hair that I get highlighted to be probably a Level 9 blonde (pretty blonde) and I have naturally green/hazel eyes. My skin tone is fair, it takes me forever to tan and burn easily. What colors compliment me the most?

You can easily wear jewel tones, like sapphire blue, jade green, ruby red, and royal purple. Pinks and peaches will look good on you too, just make sure to accent so you aren't washed out.
