Problems with components in Kia.?

I have a Kia SUV. In the front to the kia, there is two draw components under the radio. I am having trouble getting one to open. You are supposed to push the front of the draw to open it. It is stuck. How do you get it opened?

force it with a screwdriver--or take it to dealer under warranty
