They protect lazy people and for that I'm buying a foreign car.

Where you been, they number less than they ever have.
They bankrupted their customers
And they pay more people to NOT work (retirees, disabled, etc) than they pay to work.
Great system they thought up.
And I quit buying new American made cars when they quit paying fair prices for American made supplies. If they don't care about our jobs, then I won't care about theirs.

Why are you people so ignorant,how does the UAW protect lazy people?I work mandatory 6 days a week 10 hour days,have you ever worked in a auto plant?I doubt it,I have worked in a steel foundry and would take that any day over the auto plant.The UAW will never go away,they don't just have auto workers they also represent casino workers and hospital workers.

Yer wrong..try working 8 hours on an assembly line..bet you quit..enjoy your foreign car...they will enjoy the profits overseas..
