I removed all the old drums and shoes and put all the new back on. But the car has a distinct wobble or shake to it now when i get up to around 60 mph on the highway. Does the drum have to be balanced? Or What. Thanks for the help.

Are you certain that the drum was on all the way?

Are lug nuts loose?

Tire out of balance

What did you use to jack up the truck?
Did you put it on a suspension part?
