Our new sodded blue grass lawn is developing yellow spots along the edges of the lawn in a row and in circles around the trees. We are watering like crazy. What could this be?

Excessive watering will cause yellowing. Cut back on the watering to once o twice per week with new sod. The only requirement is don't let it dry out before it takes hold and roots.

If your watering is missing spots, it will turn brown.

Also, if you just had this sod installed, you should bring back the installer and show him your problem.

Male or lady that is not significant all canines pee turns grass yellow whether or no longer they pee in the comparable spot or throughout your backyard at last the grass will die. in basic terms treatment save them off the grass. Pouring water over the pee wont paintings (hasn't for me) the ammonia remains modern whether its diluted or no longer so it is going to nonetheless kill the grass. I actual have re-turfed my backyard now three times and am doing it returned in some months I actual have tried each and every thing and have confidence me no longer something works. Now i'm fencing the backyard off and the canines could have a community at the back of the backyard to do their corporation.

When we had this happen it was because when we put down the sod the ground was too hard in places and the grass couldn't take root.

this happened to me as well........for me it turned out to be some kind of fungus. and grubs......a combination of both. it turned out that i was watering at the wrong times. i was watering day and night and all the time. i should have been watering in the early morning. ( i used a timer system), or (sprinkler system) so the water retention was the greatest and the early sun would evaporate the unneeded water. that and grub killer.
